About information you share here.
This notice explains the inquiry form and services used by the SSEI website. For questions, use our contact form.
Website inquiries
The general contact form requests your name, email address, inquiry topic, and message. Organization and phone are optional on the general contact form. The church questionnaire requires your first and last name, church name, and email; church size, reasons for your inquiry, and comments are optional. All website inquiries, including training requests and church questionnaires, are saved in SSEI’s private inquiry inbox. A notification is emailed to the SSEI team. A private copy helps prevent messages from being lost if email delivery is delayed or filtered. Submitted information is used to help us answer your inquiry and discuss the services you request. It is not posted on the website.
Please do not send evidence, medical information, identity documents, or confidential case details through this form. Contact SSEI first to arrange an appropriate way to discuss sensitive matters.
How this website works
Staff sign-in uses secure cookies. If staff choose Remember this device, a saved sign-in lasts up to 30 days and can be revoked in Sign-in settings. Passwords and saved sign-in tokens are stored as hashes in private storage. The inquiry form uses a temporary session cookie to protect submissions. The handler keeps limited submission timing and network-derived identifiers to help control abuse. Inquiry messages are stored outside the public website in an access-controlled database. Hosting and email systems may also retain technical logs and message records.
The website uses locally hosted fonts. Our hosting provider records technical access logs, which can include requested pages, dates and times, IP addresses, browser information, and referring pages. SSEI uses the hosting account’s private traffic reports to understand which pages are visited and how visitors reach and leave the site. These reports do not show what someone reads on screen and may include automated visits. We do not add advertising trackers or session recordings.
Other websites and services
The contact form and church questionnaire are processed on the SSEI website. SSEI accesses the full message through its private inquiry inbox. The class calendars display published Microsoft Outlook calendars. Loading them shares ordinary connection information with Microsoft. USCCA handles class registration on its own website. Those services may use their own cookies and processing practices; review their notices when you visit.
Questions about your information
Use the SSEI contact form to ask about information you submitted or request a correction or deletion. SSEI can discuss what records exist and any applicable requirements affecting the request.
